Level 1: Learn correct muscle monotoring procedures for balancing 14 muscles. Each muscle has a connection to an organ and a meridian and when balanced, there is a sense of wellbeing and structural integration. We do a postural analysis to identify imbalances, learn easy stress release, balance the eyes and ears for better function and more. 'Date: '> 31st March and 1st April 2012 9.30 - 5.30 both days.

Applied Physiology's 7-Element Hologram comprises different sections. If no prior knowledge of kinesiology, the complete program is 10 days or 7 days if one has completed at least level 2 of Touch for Health.
Holographic muscle monitoring (basic course) introduces the holographic model, muscle structure and function, the seven chemo-electrical states of muscles, indicator muscles and 16 organ/meridian/muscles, pause lock, the physical hologram, the energetic holograms, the chakra system, and the neuro-vascular and neuro-lymphatic holograms.

Each session will focus on a different theme, including traditional aspects, such as the body, portraits or body parts, as well as the abstract form. We will explore form, texture and composition. You will need to bring a board to work on, and for transport home of your work. If you wish bring an apron to protect your clothes.

This is a drawing course with a difference, for absolute beginners or accomplished artists. With intuitive drawing you will unlock your potential and bring out the "artist within". Using simple techniques you will discover how easy it is to produce unique and creative drawings.
Through drawing you will also get in touch with subconscious patterns, and these insights can help you improve all areas of your life. In each session, we will explore the many aspects of drawing, different media and techniques. Traditional and abstract themes will be presented in a novel way allowing beautiful works to emerge.
All basic materials will be provided. However, if you own a sketchbook or visual diary, bring these along.
